The power is in the language, So, why you are not using this free power? 🙂 You should add words that describe value in your post description. Powerful language is not enough if you are not using some focus keywords in your post’s meta description. So, always use some focus keywords with writing a great and powerful description of your posts.
3 – It should Be in Active Voice.
Of course, you should write it as an active voice sentence. Active voice sentences are grabbed more attention of searchers than the passive voice sentence. Active voice sentences are also more actionable than passive voice, So I’ll recommend you, Always use the active voice sentence in your post description tags.
4 – Must Write As Calls To Action.
You should always try adding the words like Click Here To Read, Learn more, Click On This Result, Try It For Free, Download It Free, and View This Shocking Video in your post’s description. These words can get more clicks and increase your blog’s organic traffic.
5 – It Should Be Match With Your Content.
If you don’t want to increase bounce rate of your blog, then don’t write a meta description which is not matched with your content because if people comes to your blog through search engine by reading a fake meta description and after coming if they will not find, then they close the tab very quickly. So always write a matching meta description for your each blog post. (Don’t Use It For A Spamming Purpose.)
6 – It Should Be Unique.
Don’t use duplicate meta description, the user experience in Google will be less. If you’re not able to write a unique meta description, then leave it blank and have Google pick up a snippet from your pages containing the keyword which will use in the searches by searchers.
7 – Finally, Test Them!
After adding a strong meta description, you should check them using google webmaster tool. If your description is getting a significant number of clicks, then leave it as it is and if not then try again to write the more powerful description for your blog post using all above tips and wait for some days or a month and recheck the post status. Try until you will not get the best result.
